REGULATED INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT BASED ON L. 3556/2007: TRANSACTION NOTIFICATION

EKTER S.A. announces, based on Law No. 3556/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, that the company NIKIAS S.A. (a legal entity associated with Mr. Athanasios Sipsas, President of the BoD and Managing Director of EKTER S.A., Konstantinos Stoumpos and Konstantinos Bouzas, non-executive members of the BoD of EKTER S.A.), in accordance with the transaction notification to the Company dated 28 August 2023, carried out the following stock market transactions:    

• Sale of 5.300 common nominal shares of EKTER S.A., on 23 August 2023, with a total value of € 16.119,95
• Sale of 32.080 common nominal shares of EKTER S.A., on 24 August 2023, with a total value of € 95.673,79
• Sale of 10.511 common nominal shares of EKTER S.A., on 25 August 2023, with a total value of € 30.040,44
