REGULATED INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT BASED ON L. 3556/2007: TRANSACTION NOTIFICATION

EKTER S.A. announces, based on Law No. 3556/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, that the company NIKIAS S.A. (a legal entity associated with Mr. Athanasios Sipsas, President of the BoD and Managing Director of EKTER S.A., Konstantinos Stoumpos and Konstantinos Bouzas, non-executive members of the BoD of EKTER S.A.), in accordance with the transaction notification to the Company dated 06 September 2023, carried out the following stock market transaction:    

• Sale of 51.756 common nominal shares of EKTER S.A., on 01 September 2023, with a total value of € 142.898,32
