New Project Contract

EKTER S.A. informs the investing public that on 09.04.2024, the Company signed with the Ministry of Health, Administration of the 3rd Health Region of Macedonia, the contract of the design and implementation of the project '' CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING DEDICATED TO CELL & GENE THERAPIES AND CLINIC LABORATORIES FOR HEMATOLOGY AT THE GENERAL HOSPITAL “PAPANIKOLAOU” IN SALONICA”. The contractual fee has been set at the lump sum of 10.777.848,55 € plus VAT, while the total deadline for the completion of the contract scope has been set at twenty one (21) months from the signing of the contract.

Following the signing of the above contracts, the outstanding balance of the Public and Private works executed by EKTER S.A. (either individually or through its participation in joint ventures), amounts to 110.5 million euros
