EKTER S.A. announces, based on Law No. 3556/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, that the company NIKIAS S.A. (a legal entity associated with Mr. Athanasios Sipsas, President of the BoD and Managing Director of EKTER S.A., Konstantinos Stoumpos and Konstantinos Bouzas, non-executive members of the BoD of EKTER S.A.), in accordance with the transaction notification to the Company dated 07 August 2023, carried out the following stock market transactions:
 
 

• Sale of 84.156 common nominal shares of EKTER S.A., on 02 August 2023, with a total value of € 216.567,05
• Sale of 32.970 common nominal shares of EKTER S.A., on 03 August 2023, with a total value of € 86.335,24
• Sale of 17.528 common nominal shares of EKTER S.A., on 04 August 2023, with a total value of € 43.947,95
