New project contracts

EKTER S.A. informs the investing public that on 30.10.2023, the Company signed with the Ministry of Health, Administration of the 5th Health Region of Thessaly and Central Greece, the following contracts:

a) the design and implementation of the project ''CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BUILDING WITH AN AMPHITHEATER FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE ONGOLOGY CLINIC AND THE INTEGRATION OF THE NEW RADIATION THERAPY CENTER, INCLUDING THE NUCLEAR MEDICINE DEPARTMENT IN THE GENERAL HOSPITAL OF LAMIA". The contractual fee has been set at the lump sum of 13.004.822,33€ plus VAT, while the total deadline for the completion of the contract scope has been set at twenty-five (25) months from the signing of the contract,

b) the design and implementation of the project ''REFURBISHMENT - RENOVATION - UPGRADING OF THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT (E.D.) AT THE GENERAL HOSPITAL OF LAMIA ". The contractual fee has been set at 4.193.134,28 € plus VAT, while the total deadline for the completion of the contract scope has been set at twenty-four (24) months from the signing of the contract.

Following the signing of the above contracts, the outstanding balance of the Public and Private works executed by EKTER S.A. (either individually or through its participation in joint ventures), amounts to 107.3 million euros
