New Project Contract

PRESS RELEASE

EKTER S.A. informs the investing public that on 07.11.2023 the Company signed with the 1st District Health Directorate of Attica, a project contract for the preparation of the detailed design and the implementation of the project "RENOVATION AND UPGRADING OF THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT (E.D.), LAUNDRY ROOMS - UNDERGROUND AND NURSING DEPARTMENTS OF THE 5TH FLOOR OF THE CENTRAL WING OF "KAT" GENERAL HOSPITAL". 
 
The contractual fee was set at the lump sum of 4,940,896.46 € plus 24% VAT, while the overall deadline for the completion of the contract scope was set at eleven (11) months from contract signing. 
 
Following the signing of the above contract, the outstanding balance of the Public and Private works executed by EKTER S.A. (either individually or through its participation in joint ventures), amounts to 108,3 million euros.
