New Project Contract

EKTER S.A. informs the investing public that the Company signed with the Company “AZOE RESORT S.A.”. the contract for the project «CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE AT VILLA 23», which is part of the Hotel Complex AMANZOE, located in Agios Panteleimon in the Municipality of Ermionida, in Prefecture of Argolis.

The contractual fee has been set at the lump sum of 1.224.600,00€ plus VAT, while the deadline for the completion of the contract scope has been set up to 26th April, 2024. Following the signing of the above contracts, the outstanding balance of the Public and Private works executed by EKTER S.A. (either individually or through its participation in joint ventures), amounts to 117,50 million euros.
