New Project Contract

EKTER S.A. informs the investing public that on 30.11.2023, the Company signed with the EKEFE/DIMOKRITOS, the contract for the project «EXTENSION AT THE BUILDING OF THE INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION & COMMUNICATIONS (I.P&T) OF EKEFE “D”».

The contractual fee has been set at the lump sum of 6.023.270,93€ plus VAT, while the deadline for the completion of the contract scope has been set at twenty-three (23) months from the signing of the contract.

Following the signing of the above contracts, the outstanding balance of the Public and Private works executed by EKTER S.A. (either individually or through its participation in joint ventures), amounts to 120 million euros.
