Disclosure of significant change in voting rights, pursuant to Law 3556/2007

EKTER S.A., in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the relevant executive decisions of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as in force, in response to the disclosure form TR-1 received on 09.04.2021, informs the investor community that the share of the company NIKIAS S.A., a legal entity affiliated with Messrs. Konstantinos Stoumpos and Konstantinos Bouzas, Vice Chairman of the B.o.D/non-executive director of the Company respectively (liable persons according to article 13 of law 3340/2005), decreased below the limit of 20% of the voting rights of the Company. In particular, the direct share of the company NIKIAS S.A. amounts to 17.676% of the total voting rights of the Company, corresponding to 1,988,501 common registered shares.

Before the transaction in question, the company NIKIAS S.A. directly possessed 2,938,501 voting rights (a 21,320% share of the total voting rights).

The aforementioned transaction occurred on 07.04.2021 with over-the-counter disposal of 410,000 shares for a total price of €451,000.00.
