The company EKTER SA, in the context of good, reliable and timely information to investors and pursuant to the provisions of Articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1. of the ATHEX Regulation, as it stands today announces its financial calendar for the year 2021.

Announcing of Annual Financial Results 2020 and suspension of the Annual Financial Report Fiscal Year 2020 at the company's website (www.ekter.gr) and the Athens Exchange website (www.helex.gr): Thursday, April 29th, 2021.

The Annual General Assembly will take place of Friday, July 30st, 2021.

The Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the financial year 2020.
