The company “ΕΚΤΕR — CONSTRUCTION, BUILDING, REAL ESTATE, HOTEL, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL COMPANY”, announces, following Article 4.1.3.4. of the Athens Exchange Regulation, that according to the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of July 15, 2022, the dividend for the financial year 2021 amounts to € 0,04 (gross dividend) per share, which is subject to 5% of withholding tax on dividends, i.e., € 0,002 per share, according to the provisions of Articles 40 & 64 of Law 4172. /2013 as amended by Article 24 of Law 4646/2019. The amount will be increased by the dividend corresponding to the 148,992 treasury shares held by the Company. Therefore, shareholders will receive a total (gross dividend) amount of 0,0405€, i.e., a total net dividend amount of 0,0385 per share for the financial year 2021.
The cut-off date for the entitlement was set for Monday 1 August 2022. Consequently, from this date, the company's shares will be traded on the stock exchange without the right to receive a dividend.
The beneficiaries of the dividend for the 2021 financial year are the shareholders of the company who are registered in the records of the Securities Market System (In Greek: S.A.T) on Tuesday 2 August 2022 (record date).
The dividend will be paid on Friday, August 5, 2022, by the paying bank "PIRAEUS BANK S.A.", as follows:
- Through the S.A.T. Operators, for investors who have authorized their Operators for the collection.
- In case of deceased beneficiaries whom the dividend is payed to their heirs and their titles are held in the Special Account of SAT, under the ATHEXCSD , the dividend payment will be carried out by ATHEXCSD after the legalization of their heirs.
After December 31, 2022, the payment of the dividend will be made only from the Company's offices (15 Nikis Street, Athens, tel. 210-3259700).
