Description
The project concerns the construction of a luxurious holiday residence (villa) within the AMANZOE complex in Kranidi Argolida, consisting of:
- Building A, ground floor 180 sq.m, with two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, WC, bathroom, and changing rooms.
- Building B, basement 105 sq.m with water tanks and machinery, ground floor 80 sq.m with a room, bathroom, changing rooms, and staff kitchen.
- Swimming pool of 100 sq.m with an overflow channel, marble lining, and a heating system.
- Surrounding area of 3,000 sq.m, which includes courtyards, BBQ area, garden, and machinery.
- The roofs of both buildings have low vegetation gardens.
The construction was done with high-quality materials such as Silver Cloud type marbles, Rajastan verde, and Sinai, wooden linings and constructions from oak, and stone masonry linings from local stones. There are also cooling and heating systems as well as an underfloor heating system.
In addition, works were carried out on the networks of the hotel's surrounding area covering 3,000 acres, which involved networks for rainwater, high and low voltage cabling, a pumping station, and a medium voltage substation.
