Establishment of a Joint Venture for a New Project

ΕKTER S.A. announces to the investor community the establishment of the Joint Venture “TERNA-EKTER (IONIC CENTRE PROJECT)” for the construction of the project “IONIC CENTRE-CREATION OF A CULTURAL AND YOUTH CENTRE”. The main contractor is the IONIC CENTRE NON-PROFIT CIVIL COMPANY. ΕKTER S.A. participates in the above mentioned Joint Venture with 30%. The amount of the contract for the project is 29,427,863.85€ (plus VAT) and the deadline for the completion of the project is set at twenty-seven (27) months.
