New Project Contract

The company EKTER S.A. announces to the investor community that on October 20, 2021, entered into a project contract with the Athens Water Supply and Sewerage Company (EYDAP S.A.).

The object of the project Contract is the “CONSTRUCTION OF WASTEWATER NETWORK IN THE AREAS OF PIKERMI, NTRAFI, AGIOS SPYRIDONAS. DIONI OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF RAFINA – PIKERMI”, Contract A-455.

The financial consideration of the contract (including the estimated review and V.A.T. 24%) amounts to €20,474,399.48, whereas the deadline for the completion of the project was set at 36 months from the contract execution date.
