ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE COMMENCEMENT OF STOCK BUYBACK SCHEME

The company EKTER S.A., pursuant to the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders of February 26, 2021 and the decision of its Board of Directors dated 20.10.2021, announces the commencement of the implementation of the company’s Stock Buyback Scheme, which provides for the purchase of own stock up to 1,125,000 shares no later than 26.02.2023, at a minimum price of €0.20 and a maximum price of €5.00 per share.
