NOTICE OF TAX AUDIT RESULTS

The company EKTER S.A., in the context of good, reliable and timely information to investors and pursuant to the provisions of Article 4.1.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, announced to the investors that on completion of the special tax audit conducted by the statutory auditor in accordance with the provisions of Article 65A of N. 4174/2013 to determine the tax compliance for the financial year 2021 (fiscal year 2021) the Company issued Tax Certificates conclusion without prejudice.
