Announcement of Regulated Information in Accordance with Law 3556/2007: Notification of Transactions

EKTER S.A. hereby informs its investors, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, that Mr Athanasios Sipsas, Chairman of the Board of Directors and a person discharging managerial responsibilities (as defined under Article 19 of the aforementioned Regulation), has notified the Company on 7 May 2025 of the following transactions executed on the Athens Stock Exchange:

• On 2 May 2025, the disposal of 34,670 ordinary registered shares of EKTER S.A., for a total consideration of €69,784.13
• On 5 May 2025, the disposal of 32,500 ordinary registered shares of EKTER S.A., for a total consideration of €66,666.90
• On 6 May 2025, the disposal of 656 ordinary registered shares of EKTER S.A., for a total consideration of €1,358.45.
