New Board of Directors of EKTER S.A.

According to a resolution passed by the BoD of EKTER S.A. on 30/06/2017 the makeup of its Board of Directors is as follows:
• Athanasios Sipsas, Chairman of the BoD / Executive Member
• Konstantinos Stoumpos, Vice-Chairman of the BoD and CEO / Executive Member
• Georgios Pliatsikas, Independent Non Executive Member
• Androniki Ioannidou, Non Executive Member
• Aristides Papadopoulos, Independent Non Executive Member, University Professor.
The tenure of the above Board of Directors is 5 years and will expire on 30/06/2022.
Also was setting the Audit Committee, in accordance with Law 4449/2017, article 44, consisting of the members of the BoD, Mr Georgios Pliatsikas, Mr. Aristides Papadopoulos and Ms Androniki Ioannidou.
