The project consists of the building demodernization with all the partial modern facilities that are necessary to accommodate the offices of the Central Securities Depository S.A.
The area of the building is approximately 2,500 square metres.
The neoclassical view of the building has improved the downgraded area of Vathis Square where it is located.
It consists of the basement which accommodates the machinery rooms and 8 office floors.
