Description
The project consists of the construction of the research, teaching and administrative needs of the Health Science School of Crete University. It is a building with a total area of 24.000m2 which is designed as a 2-storey and regionally a 3-storey structure. This building consists of theatres, lecture rooms, laboratories, offices, libraries, and a cafeteria.The mechanical & electrical systems comprise of a P.P.C. substation, fan-coil air conditioning unit, a boiler and a refrigeration system, central air-conditioning network, and an automated fire protection network. The construction of the surrounding area includes roads, pavements, parking spaces, squares, pedestrian roads, a small amphitheatre, irrigation, sewage network, storm drainage and external lighting fixture installations.
