Description
The three-story building was designed by the famous Japanese architect Kisho Kurokawa, who also had the high surveillance during construction. The building has typical characteristics of the Japanese culture and aesthetics and is considered "a jewel" in the city of Athens.
It was constructed on a "turnkey" contract which included:
- Excavations and supporting shaft piles
- Ηigh precision concrete works
- Metal constructions and metallic architectural finishings
- External granite finishings and insulations
- Internal finishing works
- High technology installations and systems (central voltage station 20KV, air conditioning system, electrical installations, data system, telecommunications system, security systems, fire safety systems, etc.)
