Announcing of Annual Financial Results 2016 and suspension of the Annual Financial Report Fiscal Year 2016 at the company's website (www.ekter.gr) and the Athens Exchange website (www.helex.gr): Friday, April 28, 2017.

Annual General Assembly of Shareholders: Friday, June 30, 2017.

Dividend date: Monday, July 24, 2017.

Date of Dividend Beneficiaries: Tuesday, July 25, 2017.

Start of dividend payment: Friday, July 28, 2017.

The Annual General Assembly is the responsible body  for the download distribution decision or dividend. Details will be announced by the Company following the Annual General Assembly.
