New Project Contract

ΕKTER S.A. announces to the investor community that the Joint Venture EKTER S.A. – ERETBO S.A. – THEMELI S.A. – TECHNICAL COMPANY CHRISTOFOROS D. CONSTANTINIDIS S.A. was named contractor of the project «CONSTRUCTION OF WASTEWATER NETWORK AT MUNICIPALITY OF MARATHON», Contract Α-459 and at 14th April 2022 signed the contract. The main contractor is the Athens Water Supply and Sewerage Company (EYDAP S.A.). ΕKTER S.A. participate in the above Contractor Joint Venture with 25% The amount of the contract for the project is 69.519.127,12€ (plus VAT) and the deadline for the completion of the project is set at forty (40) months from the contract execution date.
