EKTER S.A. hereby announces an amendment to its Financial Calendar for the fiscal year 2025, in accordance with Article 4.1.1 section 2 of the Rulebook of the Athens Stock Exchange, as outlined below:

The Company clarifies that the aforementioned financial results will be published following the close of trading on the Athens Stock Exchange, and will be made available on the Company’s official website (www.ekter.gr) as well as on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange Group (www.athexgroup.gr).
