New project Contract

The company EKTER S.A. informs the investing public that on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, it signed a project contract with the company ORILINA PROPERTIES R.E.I.C.

The subject of the contract is the execution of preliminary works, including the preparation of an 8-meter zone for the planting of eighty-three (83) tall trees along the boundary with the Riviera Tower, excavation works, concrete works, and the integration of electromechanical (E/M) systems in the swimming pools of the surrounding area, as well as the construction of a HEDNO (Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator) substation, for the project "MARINA RESIDENCES".

The contractual fee was set at a lump sum of €645,428.44 (plus 24% VAT), while the overall deadline for the completion of the contract's scope is December 12, 2025.

Following the signing of the above contract, the remaining backlog of Public and Private projects undertaken by EKTER S.A. (either independently or through participation in joint ventures) amounts to €98.71 million.
