Dissolution of Subsidiary Company

EKTER S.A., in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR) and in the context of timely and accurate information of the investing public, announces that it has proceeded with the dissolution and liquidation, pursuant to the applicable Romanian legislation, of its wholly owned (100%) subsidiary limited liability company under the name EKTER VENTURES S.R.L..

The aforementioned subsidiary was headquartered in Bucharest, Romania. The decision was taken following the completion of its business purpose, namely the construction of a residential building project.

The above corporate action has no material impact on the financial figures, financial position, or prospects of EKTER S.A..
