End of Share Buyback Program

The company EKTER S.A. informs the investing public of the completion – termination of the share buyback program, which had been approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders on July 28, 2023.

The above-mentioned program ended without the acquisition of any own shares.
