Description
The building was constructed in total area 1,625 sqm , has a total surface of 4,240 square meters and consists of ground floor, two floors and three basements:
- 1,080 sqm are main areas (offices and residences) and other utility rooms, storage rooms
- garage total surface of 2,800 sqm.

- Construction of retaining and supporting structure
- Complete construction of the building and its surroundings
- Complete construction E/ M installations, namely electrical, air-conditioning, heating, water, sewage, gas, fire alarm, low voltage installation, SECURITY, etc.
