This residential complex consists of 56 two-storey buildings of 4.800 m2 total area, 4 ground floor shops of 220 m2 total area and 1 assembly room of 120 m2 . The project also includes the construction of an internal irrigation network and sewage system, external lighting and installation of solar water heaters.
