The project includes the overall construction of a residential area consisting of 44 two-storey houses, 3 ground floor shops and one assembly room. The total area of the residences is 4.000 m2 while the area of the shops is 150 m2. The works of the surrounding area of the residences includes the overall construction of road works of 3.500 m2, irrigation networks, sewage, external lighting, solar water heaters and water pumping systems.
