Description
The scope of the project includes the preparation of the implementation design, the execution of Building and E/M works necessary for the extension (construction of a new building of a capacity of 36 beds and 6 ICU beds, with two (2) aseptic operating theaters, physicians’ bedrooms, an Emergency Department and an Outpatient Department, comprising main areas of a total surface area of 6,068 m2 and support areas [engine rooms, boiler room, electric power room] of a surface area of 689 m2), the rearrangement (refurbishment, reformation of main areas of a surface area of 577 m2 and support areas of a surface area of 348 m2), and the formation of the area surrounding the General Hospital of Chalkidiki
