Supplementary announcement Financial Calendar 2020

The company EKTER SA, in the context of good, reliable and timely information to investors and pursuant to the provisions of Articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1. of the ATHEX Regulation, as it stands today announces its financial calendar for the year 2020.

Announcing of Annual Financial Results 2019 and suspension of the Annual Financial Report Fiscal Year 2019 at the company's website (www.ekter.gr) and the Athens Exchange website (www.helex.gr): Friday, June 26th, 2020.
The Annual General Assembly will take place of Friday, July 31st,2020.

The Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the financial year 2019.
