Replacement for Internal Inspector

In accordance with the Greek Law and the provisions of Capital Market Commission, EKTER S.A. inform you that according to a resolution passed by the BoD of EKTER S.A. on 22/01/2020, Mr. Alexandros Nakos is nominated responsible of Internal Inspection in replacement of Mr. Eleftherios Lampridis.
