New project contracts

The company EKTER S.A. informs the investor community that on 13 November, 2020 entered into project implementation agreements with the Stavros Niarchos Foundation   - Health Initiative S.A.

The subject of the Contracts is the construction of Intensive Care Units (ICU) at the ATHENS GENERAL HOSPITAL “EVANGELISMOS”, the HERAKLEION UNIVERSITY G.H., the HERAKLEION “VENIZELEIO-PANANEIO” G.H., the CHANIA “AGIOS GEORGIOS” G.H. and the LESVOS “BOSTANEIO” G.H.”, which includes all the construction works, electromechanical works and the infrastructure for the integration of equipment in the Intensive Care Units of the aforementioned hospitals that are being renovated due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The projects will be realized with the exclusive financing of the STAVROS NIARCHOS Foundation, through the special public-benefit corporation with the registered name “HEALTH INITIATIVE S.A.”.

The total budget of the projects amounts to € 3,448,000.00 whereas the deadline for the completion of the projects was set at 2-3 months from the execution of the agreements, depending on the project.
