New Project Contract

EKTER S.A. informs the investor community that on January 28, 2021, it signed a project execution contract with the “HELLENIC PASTEUR INSTITUTE”.

The contract's scope consists in the construction of the project " Restructuring of an existing vaccination unit and creation of a BSL2 + hall on the 1st floor of the animal model building (K7), as well as reconstruction of the air-conditioning system and the premises", financed by a donation from "STAVROS NIARCHOS" Foundation.

The total budget for the project reaches 747,000.00 € and is subject to VAT exemption. The deadline for the project's completion was set at ten (10) months from signing the Installation Protocol.
