NEW PROJECT CONTRACTS

The Company EKTER S.A. informs the investment public that the Financial Bodies Association “ΕΚΤΕR S.A. – ΕRΤΕΚΑ S.A.” has been declared the Contractor for the following projects:

1) “NETWORKS IN THE AREA OF PHILOTHEI - KIFISSIA”

2) “NETWORKS IN THE AREA OF PYRGOS, ZAKYNTHOS & KEFALONIA”,

and that, on August 5th, 2022, the relevant contracts were signed.

The Owner of the Project is Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator S.A. (HEDNO). EKTER S.A.'s participation in the above Financial Bodies Association and in the execution of both projects amounts to 50%.

The contract price for the project “NETWORKS IN THE AREA OF PHILOTHEI - KIFISSIA” amounts to 52,948,000.00€ (including 24% VAT) and the time for its completion is set at forty eight (48) months, starting on the 1st day of the following month after signing the Contract, namely on 01.09.2022. The contract price for the project “NETWORKS IN THE AREA OF PYRGOS, ZAKYNTHOS & KEFALONIA” amounts to 42,160,000.00€ (including 24% VAT) and the time for its completion is set at forty eight (48) months, starting on the 1st day of the following month after signing the Contract, namely on 01.09.2022
