New Project Contract

EKTER SA HAS UNDERTAKEN A NEW PROJECT WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THE
YACHT CLUB CONSTRUCTION IN HELLENIKON

EKTER SA announces the signing of an agreement with Orilina Properties REIC for the construction of the building structure of Yacht Club in Agios Kosmas Marina, within the
Hellenikon Metropolitan Park. The Yacht Club is a building consisting of health regulated establishments and entertainment center, spanning 3 stories as well as 2 underground
floors of auxiliary and main spaces.

The project’s budget amounts to €3.53mn. With the addition of the above project, the Company’s backlog of signed projects now stands at €135.00 mn.
