New Project Contract

EKTER S.A. informs the investing public that on 08.11.2024, the Company signed with the INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND RESEARCH (ITR), the contract of the project '' Innovative Green Energy Transition Facility (Patra)" - Sub-project 9 of the project “1. INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND RESEARCH (ITR) – CENTER FOR INNOVATION AND ADVANCED EDUCATION”. The contractual fee has been set at the lump sum of 3.221.297.86€ plus VAT, while the total deadline for the completion of the contract scope has been set at 31.12.2025 

Following the signing of the above contracts, the outstanding balance of the Public and Private works executed by EKTER S.A. (either individually or through its participation in joint ventures), amounts to 123,07€ million euros.
