New Project Contract

EKTER S.A. would like to inform its investors that it has entered into the below mentioned construction contracts with:

a. The company under the name “Blue Iris Investments Single Member Société Anonyme”, for a total amount of Euros 3,7894,582, for the execution of the infrastructure works of a tourism development in Mykonos. The works are scheduled to be completed by 27.01.2023.

b. The Société Anonyme “Hellinikon S.A.”, with a total amount of 15,800,000€ (including VAT), in order to erect a new building for the relocation of people with special needs’ associations, and carry out accompanying works.

The works are scheduled for completion by 30.06.2023
