Notification of a Significant Change in Voting Rights Percentage, pursuant to Law 3556/2007

EKTER S.A., in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and the relevant implementing decisions of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as in force, following the receipt on 27.01.2026 of TR-1 notification forms, hereby informs the investing public that:

Mr. Angelos Papageorgiou, a shareholder of the Company, has fallen below the threshold of 5% at 23.01.2026 of the voting rights in the Company. Specifically, his shareholding now amounts to 4.995% of the total voting rights of the Company, corresponding to 1,385,000 direct voting rights.

Prior to the above change, Mr. Angelos Papageorgiou held a percentage of 5.139%, corresponding to 1,425,000 direct voting rights.
