Notification of Replacement of the Head of Shareholder Services and Corporate Announcements Department

The Société Anonyme under the name EKTER S.A., in the context of providing proper, accurate and timely information to investors in full compliance with article 4.1.1. of the current Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as amended by decision no. 201/15.04.2024 of the Management Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange Markets, announces to its investors that the Board of Directors of the Company, by its relevant decision, has appointed Mr. Artemios Darzentas as Head of the Shareholder Services and Corporate Announcements Department, in replacement of Mr. Kyriakos Christofas, Head of the said Department to date.
