On the basis of Law N.3556/2007 and the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, EKTER, S.A. announces that the company NIKIAS S.A. (associated legal entity with mr Athanasio Sipsa President of the Board of Directors and mr Konstantino Stoumbo Vic-President and Managing Director, has procced to the following stock market trading:

• On 9th April 2019, shelling 8.580 common registered shares, for a total value €11.105,26 and
• on 10th April 2019, shelling 44.115 common registered shares, for a total value €60.007,39.
