Announcement according to Law 3556/2007

EKTER SA according to the provisions of Laws N.3556/ 2007 and the executive decisions of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as executed,  following the received TR-1 notification form dated 29.01.2018, informs the investment public that CAPDARE OVERSEAS LIMITED dropped the 5% of the voting rights in the Company. In particular, CAPDARE OVERSEAS LIMITED's direct shareholding stood at 4,995% of the total voting rights in the Company, corresponding to 561,975 common registered shares.

Prior to the critical transaction, CAPDARE OVERSEAS LIMITED held directly 572,205 voting rights (5,086% of total voting rights).

The above change (direct rate allocation) occurred on 25.01.2018.
