The company EKTER SA, in the context of good, reliable and timely information to investors and pursuant to the provisions of Articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1. of the ATHEX Regulation, as it stands today announces its financial calendar for the year 2023. Announcing of Annual Financial Results 2022 and suspension of the Annual Financial Report Fiscal Year 2022 at the company's website (www.ekter.gr) and the Athens Exchange website (www.helex.gr): Friday, April 28th, 2023.

Annual General Assembly of Shareholders :  Friday, July 28th, 2023.

Dividend date: Monday, August 7th, 2023. Date of Dividend Beneficiaries : Tuesday, August 8th, 2023.

Start of dividend payment : Friday, August 11th, 2023. The Annual General Assembly is the responsible body for the download distribution decision or dividend. Details will be announced by the Company following the Annual General Assembly.
