Georgios Pliatsikas
Independent non executive member of the BoD and member of the Audit Committee of EKTER
He was born in 1961 and graduated from the Department of Political and Economic Sciences of the Law School of the University of Athens. Since 1988 he has joined the accounting department of construction company AEGEK SA, first as Assistant Accountant, since 1990 as Accountant and from 1994 to 2008 as Accounting Manager of the company, as well as to all its subsidiaries. During the period 1990-1995 he was an owner of a private Accounting and Tax Office. From 2009 to 2017 he is Director of financial and administrative services at HELECTOR SA (ELLAKTOR Group). He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and holds a license to practice as a First Class Accountant
