Athanasios Sipsas
President BoD, Executive Member
Mr. Sipsas was born in 1950 in Patras Greece.
In 1972 - 1979 Mr. Sipsas worked as Construction Site Engineer for I.G.KORONTZIS SA. In 1979 he was promoted to Director of the construction Department and in 1983 he was appointed General Manager of I.G.KORONTZIS SA.
In 1999 he became CEO of EKTER SA and as of 2002 he was appointed President of the BoD.
Mr. Sipsas is a very well known and respected member of the Greek Construction Community and has served the sector through the various Legal Entities of the Greek Construction Companies:From 1991 to 1998 he has been member of Bod of “Association of Greek Contracting Companies (SATE)” , in 2010 he was appointed Contractors’ Representative at “Public Works Council of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks», and as of 2015 he is member of the BoD "The Association of Technical Companies of the Highest Classes (STEAT)”.
